The reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, especially after we were charged for drinks we did not have. Easily solved.

Fabulous location, great staff, the hotel had everything we needed including an ingenoius method of prov iding food at anytime in prepackaged containers. Although the staff seemed very small they were willing to do anything requesated. breakfast was more American style which was good for us. There is nothing lacking.

The room had big bed, comfortable chairs, big TV. It all looked recently refurbished. Shower was great (once we worked it out) Reception happy to call a taxi for us when we went out for dinner and very accomodating with any requests. Breakfast had good variety.

Very comfortable business type hotel, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, good size TV. Located a few minutes walk from the old butchery district. Secure parking (additional cost).

Staff charming and helpful, pleasant room with excellent facilities. Very convenient location for a visit to the old city.

Room was well appointed, clean and appeared recently renovated (i.e. fixtures were more modern) and appliances functioned properly

Exceptional staff. While all staff were always friendly and helpful, Elena at reception (sorry if I mistook her name) really went over the top to help coordinate a 24hr Pharmacy visit for us late on a Saturday night! Her sincere efforts really saved the day for us and allowed us to continue our trip. Ooh la la, the bar is set so high now!
